Latest information shows that the abducted wife of the Chief of Staff to Ondo State Governor, Olugbenga Ale has regained her freedom, following an intensive 'search and rescue' mission conducted by security operatives in Ondo, shortly after she was kidnapped by unknown gunmen on Thursday night.

Recall Vigil360's earlier report on the abduction of Ale's wife wherein it was revealed that she was reportedly abducted at Owena in Idanre Local Government Area while traveling back from Lagos with other persons in her car.

Mrs. Ale got released by her captors alongside her friend whom she was traveling with.

Information gathered on the development revealed that security operatives including Amotekun Corps which assisted in the tracking of the assailants exchanged gunfire, which resulted in the overpowering of the criminals by the society operatives, and the subsequent rescue of the victims.

The victims are set to be in good condition of health and unhurt.
