The Houthis’ Al-Masirah satellite news channel on Tuesday reported that their fighters have targeted arms depot at an airport in Najran with a Qasef-2K drone.

Meanwhile, the kingdom of Saudi Arabia has acknowledged the attack. Saudi Press Agency quoted Saudi-led Coalition spokesperson Colonel Turki Al Maliki as saying the Houthis “had tried to target” a site in Najran.

The Saudi authorities claimed that Houthi fighters have targeted civilian infrastructure in a city along the kingdom’s border to Yemen.

However, the extent of the damage or the casualty was not mentioned.

Najran is about 840 kilometers (525 miles) southwest of Riyadh, and lies on the Saudi-Yemen border.
