The Islamic State has claimed responsibility on Tuesday for bombing a pop concert in the British city of Manchester and killing 22 people, including children. The group said in a statement published on its social media channels that “one of the caliphate’s soldiers placed bombs among the crowds,” and threatened more attacks.
Meanwhile world leaders have continued to condemn the attack. President Donald Trump earlier today in Jerusalem condemned the attack, describing the terrorist as evil losers. In a Kremlin articulation, Putin stated: "We immovably censure this pessimistic, barbaric wrongdoing. We expect that those behind it won't get away from the discipline they merit."
German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, communicated stun and distress warning saying: "This speculated fear based oppressor assault will just reinforce our take steps to keep on working together with our British companions against the individuals who plan and do such coldhearted deeds."
French President, Emmanuel Macron, likewise tweeted: "I send my musings to the British individuals, the casualties, and their friends and family. We will battle against fear mongering together."
