President Muhammadu Buhari has empathized with the leader of Afenifere, Pa Reuben Fasoranti, over the death of his daughter, Mrs. Funke Olakunrin. This was contained in a statement issued by his spokesperson, Femi Adesina.
The president also directed security agencies to swiftly arrest the perpetrators and bring them to justice. He prayed that God will comfort Pa Fasoranti and give him the fortitude to bear the grievous loss
The deceased was reportedly shot on Friday along the Kajola-Ore road, in Ondo State while traveling to Akure, by the criminals.
