Odudu Otu has on Sunday emerged as the winner of the Season 12 of the Gulder Ultimate Search "Age of Craftsmanship", winning the ultimate prize. Otu, a sports enthusiast won the ultimate prize after he found the Chest containing the secret of the proverbial Akolo's secret brew, beating three other contestants to win the prize of N50million including an SUV and a trip to Dubai.
Otu's story in the Gulder Ultimate Search has an interesting curveball, as the 22-year old was not considered among the best contestants in the earlier parts of the show but managed to remain in the shadows and always did enough to evade eviction.
However, in the later part of the competition, Otu gave his best, reaching the limelight and beating the top puzzle solver, Damola, and won the 14th task which gained him popularity.
He displayed a strategy with a mix of energy and endurance, maintaining his impressive performance when other contestants were getting tired.
