Popular Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson-Okojie, has cried out and condemned the actions of a teacher who repeatedly bullies her daughter Purity in her new school. Mercy, mother of four kids in a long post shared on her Instagram page cautioned those who hate her and try to transfer the aggression on her children, stressing she will not take lightly any form of bullying on her kids. Pouring out her mind the actress said, since when is it a crime to be Mercy Johnson-Okojie’s daughter? She said before she consider herself a public figure, she is first a wife and a mother to her 4 kids, that is her priority in this life, and nobody can make her child fee less than who she is because her mother is a public figure. “What do you do when the teacher is actually the bully and your child the constant victim? Enough is enough, I have reported to the school authorities and I will see this to the end.”
“I honestly don’t care if someone does not like me, I do not expect everyone to but do not take your hate out on my child.
“A teacher at my daughter’s school has been bullying her for two weeks constantly, she is not her class teacher but shows up every day to bully and intimidate her. She tells her to her face that she does not like her mother.
“Purity that used to love going to school is now terrified of going to her new school because of this teacher.
“You can say anything about me, you can dislike or hate me I will not respond but do not attack my kids that did nothing to you and can’t defend themselves.
Purity had been shoved by a student and she had done the same but the said teacher chose to discipline only Purity.
Mercy said she had reported the matter to the school authorities and they had promised to take action. She is currently waiting for the outcome.
