A court clerk for Los Angeles Superior Court had confirmed Kim Kardashian West filing for divorce from Kanye West after almost seven years of marriage.
The duo who married in Italy in 2014, have been living apart for some time. West has been living at their home in Wyoming, while Kim had been with their children in California.
The filing cites irreconcilable differences and Kardashian seeks joint custody of their four children. It also cites a prenuptial agreement regarding their assets.
Recall the family took vacation late last year to see if they could sort of their marital differences before it was gathered that Kim flew out to Wyoming for an emotional face-to-face talk with Kayne for the first time since Kanye unsuccessful campaign rally.
This will be Kim's third divorce, as she was once married to a music producer Damon Thomas before they divorced in 2004, and proceeded to marry Humphries in August 2011 but filed for divorce after 72 in the married, and now with Kanye West.
