In an obvious affront to the much criticised comments by Information Minister, Lai Mohammed that Nigerians music artistes may be banned from producing videos outside the country, Patoranking has dropped the visuals to his 'Hale Hale' sound which he claimed was shot "somewhere in Togo."
The video which was published Saturday, on youtube, comes off the legendary reggae star's 'God Over Everything' album.

Meanwhile, the Minister has since clarified his heavily criticised comments.
In a statement released Wednesday, Lai Mohammed said "I didn’t say that henceforth, all music videos and films will be produced in Nigeria, or that the production of music videos or films outside Nigeria will be banned.
“All I said was that if a programme is designated as a Nigerian (local) content programme, we will amend the Code to ensure that it is produced in Nigeria. On that, there is no going back.”
