Following an order by the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, on the transfer of the case file of the Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, and the Dakolos, to the Force Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department(FCID), Alagbon, Ikoyi, Lagos, lawyer to the Dakolos, Mr Femi Falana, had assured that his client would get justice.
The senior lawyer made the claimduring a telephone conversation with The PUNCH on Monday, 22nd July 2019. He denied that the police authorities had refused to act on the Dakolos’ petition, noting that the case would be brought to Lagos because the families were the first to petition the police on the matter.
