Nigerian singer, Aramide Sarumoh popularly known as Aramide has been confirmed among music personalities to be inducted into the Washington DC Chapter of the Recording Academy Governing Board of the Grammys. The Afro-soul singer took her twitter handle @AramideMusic to announce her latest achievement.

 

She said, "And today I’m happy to announce to you that after being an active voting member of the recording academy for years, this Monday, I will be inducted into the Recording Academy (the GRAMMYs®) Governance Board. I will now be a part of the Governors for the Washington DC Chapter board,’’.


Aramide has released singles like "I Don't Care", It's Over", "Killing Me", "Love Me", "Feeling This Feeling" and "Iwo Nikan", which won her a Headies award in 2015.
