The Minister, Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development Hajiya Sadiya Farouq, has reacted to the agitations by N-power beneficiaries against the non-payment of their October and November allowances.
The Minister while briefing the press, promised that the N-power beneficiaries will get their October and November stipends soon. She stressed that there should be no doubt in the sustainability of the Social Investment Programmes of the government which is aimed at touching the lives of the citizens.
Farouq, however, noted that beneficiaries enrolled in 2016 were yet to be exited months after their contract elapsed
